I consider this agency absolutely unprofessional, dishonest and misleading.
I received an offer from R&H, Terrigal (acting as a buyer’s agent) confirming their client would exchange contracts by lunchtime that day with a s66W (to waive the standard cooling off period).
My client (the vendor) was prepared to accept on that basis. Later that same day their client (via the solicitor) requested a special condition in the contract for 7 days to review documents with the right to rescind!
Absolute waste of my time and my client’s time. One of the R&H staff also had the discourtesy to write a dishonest and defamatory review of my real estate agency stating that we were “not working in the best interests” of my client.
